Preferred Customer Card
Program
Valued IGA Customers:
Please use this form to register
your Lake Region & Hawley Market IGA Preferred Customer Card with
the Lake Region Community Dock Foundation. In doing so, you
will be requesting the store, when you scan your card, to donate 1%
of your net purchases to the local non-profit organization (NPO) of
your choice.
Note: If you do not have a Preferred
Customer Card, you may apply for one at the same time you register
with the LRCDF Preferred Customer Card Program. Use the "Preferred
Customer Card Form" link. A card will be mailed to you and
your card number will be linked to the LRCDF Customer Registration
Form for you at that time.
